Warranty
Satisfaction guaranteed on workmanship for two years when maintenance guidelines are followed.
Change Orders
Additional scope requires written approval and adjusted pricing before execution.
Cancellation
Notice of 48 hours avoids fees; shorter notice may incur material restocking charges.
Liability Limits
Company responsibility is limited to re-performance of deficient painting work.
Safety Compliance
All site work follows industry-certified safety protocols and local regulations.
Intellectual Property
Techniques and documentation remain property of Hepburn Springs Pro Painter.
Dispute Resolution
Matters are addressed through direct consultation prior to any formal process.
Governing Law
